Become a Support Companion
Real experience, not just a line on a CV
Flexible, paid work — typically around 20 hours a week — supporting children with autism and additional needs, alongside your studies or other commitments. You'll get proper training before you ever meet a family: safeguarding, autism awareness, behaviour support, paediatric first aid.
- Enhanced DBS check required (we'll guide you through it).
- Full training provided and paid.
- Consistent matching — you'll build a real relationship with the same family, not rotate week to week.
- Great grounding for careers in psychology, education, social work, occupational therapy, or nursing.

Lend a skill — specialist & technical partners
You don't have to commit to a regular role to help build the Ville Model. If you're a mechanic, engineer, musician, artist, chef, tradesperson or climbing instructor and could give even a couple of hours occasionally, that's exactly the kind of contribution that makes a real difference — no learning-disability experience required, since our facilitators handle making the session accessible.
Volunteer
